why this box?

For those curious, the blog name arose from my quirky fascination with boxes. Their basic storage purpose aside, what makes one box a better choice than another? Why this box, and not that other one?
As a creative individual, thinking about boxes often leads me to “think outside of the box”, metaphorically speaking. This mental association is one of the reasons why I love boxes so much.
